HISTOIRE SANS LÉGENDE
Histoire sans légende is a project developed between Dakar, Mulhouse, and Fès, connecting these territories through the circulations and delocalizations of the textile industry. Based on research around gum arabic and cartographic and industrial documents, the project highlights production and knowledge networks often made invisible.
Through serigraphy and work with the mesh, the works articulate industrial memory, fragmented narratives, and discontinuous transmissions. Histoire sans légende proposes a non-linear reading of textile history, attentive to movements, silences, and persistent forms that cross territories and time.
