Podonipsie is a video based on a performance staged in a traditional house, structured around an ancient gesture of hospitality: the washing of feet.

Set in a historical context marked by violence and dispossession, this gesture opens up a space for recognition and responsibility, where the question of forgiveness remains suspended between the relationship between bodies and the timing of the gesture.
