Textures of Trance is an installation combining photography, screen printing, light and wall-mounted devices. The project explores trance as a state of transformation, not through its representation, but through a formal and chromatic translation.The works are organised around colour ranges associated with Gnawa rituals, structuring the exhibition space and the flow of the gaze. Light modifies the perception of images and creates an immersive experience, engaging the visitor's body in a direct relationship with the works. Presented in an institutional context, the installation offers a contemporary reading of ritual practices, where matter, image and colour become vectors of memory, transmission and transformation.
